Terms & Conditions

By participating in any offering (event, session, program, or digital experience) hosted by Rachel Joy Barehl or In Good Company Connections LLC, you agree to the following:

1. All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds. In select cases, a credit or transfer may be available at our discretion. You’re always welcome to reach out — we aim to support you with care, clarity, and fairness.

2. Respect is required.

Our spaces rely on trust, curiosity, and community care. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, harmful, or misaligned with the values of the space. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases.

3. Details may shift.

Dates, locations, and formats may change due to weather, scheduling needs, or intuitive adjustments. You will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date or reasonable accommodation when possible.

4. Participation is voluntary.

You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. Whether attending virtually or in person, you agree to participate at your own pace, honor your boundaries, and seek outside support when needed.

5. Community offerings are not matchmaking services.

Events, groups, workshops, and digital memberships are designed for learning, connection, and personal growth. They are not private matchmaking services and should not be interpreted as such.

6. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time on your end.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds, but you are always welcome to rejoin whenever it feels aligned.

7. By joining, you consent to these terms.

Your participation signifies your understanding and agreement to all policies listed above.
